We choose only the best for our chips, which is why we use organic, grass-fed beef tallow. This rich, natural fat is packed with essential vitamins A, D, E, and K, which support overall health and help your body absorb nutrients more effectively. Not only is it a nutrient-dense choice, but beef tallow is also incredibly heat-stable, making it perfect for frying without breaking down. The result? We use only organic extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) in our chips, known for its high polyphenol content and natural antioxidant benefits. These polyphenols help protect the oil from oxidation, ensuring that your chips stay crisp and flavourful even after frying at high temperatures. Organic EVOO is naturally more stable at heat, allowing us to achieve the perfect golden crunch without compromising quality. It’s a clean, pure ingredient that enhances the taste and nutritional value of every chip, while keeping the process simple and wholesome.

We use Celtic sea salt which is unrefined and
